Complete the lost item form on the YYJ Lost and Found page. Provide a detailed description of the item, including brand, color, size, serial number, and any distinguishing features. If the item is found and ownership is verified, you can collect it in person or designate someone to pick it up on your behalf.
At Victoria International Airport (YYJ), lost items found within the terminal or on airport property are managed by the Airport Security Commissionaires. The Lost and Found office is located at the Airport Security Building, situated to the east of the main terminal building.
