Storing the items securely
Recording item details
Releasing items only to rightful owners (with ID or proof)
❌ When the Airport Is Not Responsible:
You must contact the respective airline if the item was lost:
Onboard the plane
In checked-in baggage
In gate waiting areas used exclusively by an airline
In such cases, airlines like China Southern, China Eastern, Air China, etc. are responsible—not the airport authority.
