Singapore Changi Airport takes responsibility for handling lost items found within its premises through its Lost and Found services.
Reporting a Lost Item at Changi Airport 1. Online Report via Changi Airport Website Website: Changi Airport Lost and Found Portal Details to Include: Terminal and specific location where the item was lost Date and time of loss Description of the item (color, brand, size, unique features) Photograph of the item (if available) The Lost and Found team will review your report and inform you of the status within 3–5 working days.
