Yes, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is responsible for lost items within public airport areas, but not for everything.
Use the official Paris Aéroport Lost Property platform to declare your lost item: 👉 Submit a Lost Item Report Provide detailed information about your item, including its description, the location where you believe it was lost, and the date and time. f your item is found, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve it. This may include options for in-person pickup or shipping.
The Lost and Found office at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is located at Terminal 2 – Level 3. Near the TGV-RER train station, within Terminal 2, close to the CDGVAL shuttle connection area.
